Phase 2: The Retreat

  • Transformational Leadership Modules
  • Quadrant Flow: Identifying the individual and team leadership.

  • The "Triad" Cadence: Bi-weekly peer accountability calls (3 leaders + 1 guide) to process real-time challenges.
  • The Workshop Series: Three virtual deep-dives focused on application (Standardized Curriculum):
